While in college & on several deployments, Entrepreneur & Coast Guard veteran Dylan Lirette had a vision & dream to create a place where people could relax, unwind, and enjoy some good handcrafted ice cream! Soon after, the idea of Space City Cow was born and the rest was history! As a native of Louisiana, he brings a unique cultural influence to our menu with many of our recipes coming from a combination of his grandmas homeade recipes, his own creations, and customer ideas & suggestions. In 2024, Space City Cow opened its doors where everyone from young to old feels a unique experience with a superior product every time they enter the shop! It's a "space" you don't want to miss!
